The document provides feedback on draft scripts for a short film from a client. In the first draft, the client suggested centralizing the dialogue, adjusting a line of dialogue to be more polite, and placing character emotions next to names rather than underneath. For the second draft, the client recommended adding more background on the main character, noted the first conversation portrayed the motive well, and suggested adjusting a line of dialogue to seem more realistic.

Our campaign aims to drive students and parents to attend open days at Ringwood School and Sixth Form in October and November 2018 through advertising on TV, print, and radio. The radio ad for the main school will feature student testimonials and be catchy to appeal to parents of Year 6 students. The Sixth Form radio ad will be more mature and persuasive. We will target diverse audiences across platforms and launch ads in September/October to recruit prospective students. The schedule aims to maximize exposure through popular local radio stations and TV slots when families are together in the evenings. The campaign will avoid discrimination and respect copyrights and content restrictions.
The document outlines plans for creating two 30-second radio advertisements - one promoting Ringwood School and one promoting Ringwood Sixth Form. The school advert will target parents and students, promoting the school's safe environment, fun opportunities, and student success. It will include voices of students and information about open days. The sixth form advert will target year 11 students and their parents, using an older male student to discuss enjoying sixth form lessons and friends. Both ads will have a repetitive background theme and emphasize the schools' support and success. They will be recorded in the Ringwood School Radio studio to keep costs within the £2000 budget.

This production schedule outlines the tasks needed to create a music album from November 2017 to December 2017. It assigns Sarah Poore to complete pre-production tasks like research on the music industry, genres, and target audiences. It also has her plan and take photos for the album cover and poster in mid-November. The post-production tasks involve Sarah editing the photos in Photoshop and completing the album cover, poster, and evaluation by early December.
This photographer took photos for an album cover, originally intending to scatter leaves across the pavement but choosing a single leaf popping out instead to make song titles placed on it stand out more clearly. The selected photo brings out individual leaf patterns up close, looking rustic and interesting, though the photographer will brighten and saturate the colors in editing to improve the lighting.
The document discusses photos taken for the inside cover of a digipack, where the photographer will crop an image of a guitar in the center and blur the edges. They selected a shot where the guitar is in clear focus and well-positioned. The goal of the photo is to emphasize that the artist relies on creating music through their string instrument, showing they are music-focused rather than seeking fame.
The artist took multiple photos of his subject in different poses and facial expressions to choose the best image for the album cover and poster that represented the genre of music well. While some photos had gloomy lighting that may give a negative impression, the chosen photo centered the smiling artist to accurately portray the type of upbeat music and leave space to add text without disturbing the photo.
I took several photos for an album cover using different camera settings like 'landscape' and 'flash off' to find the best effect. The chosen photo shows the artist closer to the lens and in focus with the background blurred. The colors in the background are more defined than in natural light, emphasizing the autumn tones that represent the album title 'The Fall' and the earthy natural look sought for the genre. The artist also looks into the distance, making the audience feel he is thinking about something and giving 'The Fall' a dual meaning of the season or falling out of love.
This document contains a risk assessment for a media studies project involving shooting locations in the New Forest and Ringwood town centre. It identifies several potential risks rated from 1 to 5 in terms of likelihood and severity, and proposes solutions to mitigate each risk. These risks include tripping on steep hills or gravel tracks, injury from horses, getting stuck in boggy areas, illness from bad weather, scratches from bushes, and tripping over sticks. Contingency plans are outlined such as bringing first aid kits, advising crew to dress appropriately, keeping safe distances from horses, sticking to paths, and clearing shooting areas. Key contacts for emergencies are also listed as the document author's parents and teachers.
The production schedule outlines tasks to be completed over several weeks to produce photographs for an album cover and advertisement. During the week of October 23rd, pre-production work such as ensuring all tasks are finished and uploaded online needs to be done from home. The following week involves organizing a photo shoot with an actor/model and purchasing any needed costumes or props. Photos will then be taken at a forest location on November 6th. Subsequent weeks will be spent editing the photos in Photoshop and completing an evaluation of the finished product by the deadline of November 27th.

Blind Spots in AI and Formulation Science Knowledge Pyramid (Updated Perspect...Ajaz Hussain

This presentation delves into the systemic blind spots within pharmaceutical science and regulatory systems, emphasizing the significance of "inactive ingredients" and their influence on therapeutic equivalence. These blind spots, indicative of normalized systemic failures, go beyond mere chance occurrences and are ingrained deeply enough to compromise decision-making processes and erode trust.
Historical instances like the 1938 FD&C Act and the Generic Drug Scandals underscore how crisis-triggered reforms often fail to address the fundamental issues, perpetuating inefficiencies and hazards.
The narrative advocates a shift from reactive crisis management to proactive, adaptable systems prioritizing continuous enhancement. Key hurdles involve challenging outdated assumptions regarding bioavailability, inadequately funded research ventures, and the impact of vague language in regulatory frameworks.
The rise of large language models (LLMs) presents promising solutions, albeit with accompanying risks necessitating thorough validation and seamless integration.
Tackling these blind spots demands a holistic approach, embracing adaptive learning and a steadfast commitment to self-improvement. By nurturing curiosity, refining regulatory terminology, and judiciously harnessing new technologies, the pharmaceutical sector can progress towards better public health service delivery and ensure the safety, efficacy, and real-world impact of drug products.

APM event hosted by the South Wales and West of England Network (SWWE Network)
Speaker: Aalok Sonawala
The SWWE Regional Network were very pleased to welcome Aalok Sonawala, Head of PMO, National Programmes, Rider Levett Bucknall on 26 February, to BAWA for our first face to face event of 2025. Aalok is a member of APM’s Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APM’s PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMO’s within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.
