This document provides a summary of the Lagoon Club Development master plan in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The plan includes a 40,000 sqm site with 25+3+3 basement levels containing a hotel, offices, and conference facilities split between two towers - a 25-story stepped hotel tower and 16-story stepped office tower. The project is being designed using BIM technology to meet client requirements such as clash detection and design confirmation in Revit and SAT. So far, building cores, ramps, floor plates, and curtain walls have been modeled.
