The project involves designing housing for 600 Qatar students across 38,000 square meters, including low-rise apartment buildings not exceeding 15 meters in height, a student services building, and residence halls. The client requires the use of BIM for modeling, documentation, and addressing specific requirements throughout the design process. The work completed so far includes modeling the main buildings, staff apartment, convenience store, and building structure, as well as creating documentation.
