2. Hi ha tres tipus dossos:
Ossos plans com lom嘆plat.
Ossos llargs com el f竪mur.
Ossos curts com els dels dits.
3. ELS OSSOS DEL CAP
Si ajuntes la cara i el crani forma els ossos del cap.
EL CRANI
El crani est format per un conjunt dossos plans, units entre
ells, que protegeixen el cervell.
Hi ha 14 ossos que formen lestructura que protegeixen els
ulls, el nas i la boca.
LES DENTS
Hi ha dos grups de 20 dents de llet,que surten entre els 6
mesos i els dos anys i mig , i els 32 dents permanents , que
surten les anteriors entre els set i els tretze anys.
5. Les extremitats
Superiors, formades pel bra巽, amb
nom辿s un os anomenat h炭mer:
lavantbra巽, amb el c炭bit i el radi, i la
m.
Inferiors, formades per la cuixa, los
del qual 辿s el f竪mur: la cama amb la
t鱈bia i el peron辿 i el peu, amb els
ossos respectius.
8. La caixa torcica i la columna vertebral
La columna vertebral est formada per un conjunt
dossos curts i semim嘆bils: les v竪rtebres.
Grcies a la columna vertebral el nostre tronc es mant辿
dret.
La caixa torcica est formada per les costelles i
lest竪rnum. Protegeixen els pulmons i el cor.
En el coxis es recolza la columna vertebral. Tamb辿 辿s el
lloc on suneixen les extremitats inferiors.
11. Existeixen tres tipus d`articulacions amb caracter鱈stiques i
funcions diferents:
Les articulacions m嘆bils, com els colzes i els
genolls,permeten moure els ossos amb facilitat.
Les articulacions semim嘆bils, com les v竪rtebres de la
columna vertebral, permeten que els ossos es moguin
lleugerament.
Les articulacions fixes com les dels ossos del crani, no
permeten el moviment dels ossos que uneixen. La seva
funci坦 辿s donar resist竪ncia.
Els ossos s`uneixen entre s鱈 per les articulacions .
14. Els m炭sculs s坦n elstics i poden contreures i relaxar-se.
Estan units als ossos, de manera que, en contreures els
estiren i permeten el moviment del nostre cos.
El b鱈ceps 辿s un m炭scul unit a los anomenat radi.
Quan el b鱈ceps es contreu, estira el radi, de manera que el
bra巽 es doblega.
Quan el b鱈ceps es relaxa, deixa d estirar el radi , i el bra巽
torna a la posici坦 anterior es a dir, s estira.

Glutis,Bessons, B鱈ceps,Pectoral,Abdominals,Frontal, Q
udriceps,Masseters.
17. Llet i derivats, com ara el iogurt i el
formatge, s坦n rics en prote誰nes, greixos i
calci. S坦n necessaris per al creixement
dels ossos.

en prote誰nes i tamb辿 acostumen
a contenir greixos. S坦n necessaris per al
desenvolupament dels m炭sculs.
18. L APARELL LOCOMOTOR I LA
SALUT
La desviaci坦 de la columna vertebral provoca importants
problemes de salut. Per prevenir-la, cal seguir aquestes
recomanacions:
Seure amb lesquena ben recolzada al respatller.
Dormir sobre matalassos plans i durs.
Fer exercici.
No carreguis la motxilla amb molt de pes, no larrosseguis i
porta-la amb les dues anses.
