 Generated trial protocols for statistical studies using StatEase software. Reviewed and interpreted

 Managed a group of chemists and technicians responsible for the development of all double coats,
transfer tapes, reinforced products, stencil products, architectural painters tapes and general purpose
masking tapes for the organization. Developed yearly review goals for progression aimed at

 Responsible for raw material substitution identification and qualification processes.
 Managed phone calls to answer technical questions and supplied the proper level of information.
Researched questions with no available documentation for quick turn-around including development
