She is currently the Restaurant Accounting Supervisor at Fiesta Restaurant Group, where she supervises a team that performs daily revenue auditing, monthly KPI reporting, and ensures compliance with SOX controls. Previously, she held senior accounting roles at Carrols Corporation and independent consulting work, where she implemented new inventory and reporting systems and assisted with a company spin-off transition. She has a Associates Degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton Syracuse.
