Failure Analysis Engineer Program Management Interface .13 micron technologies 2000 2005 Initiated overhaul of web-based failure analysis submittal database to enhance customer data input. Liaison between failure analysis department and process, characterization and integration engineering teams. Developed delayering techniques for new technologies such as SiLK, Hybrid, FSG.
