Montreal Associates has launched a new website, opened a new office in Frankfurt, and seen 18% growth in employee headcount over the last year. They have also received recognition from kununu for their positive company reviews, and attained a gold rating for corporate social responsibility from EcoVadis. Additionally, they have partnered with Teenage Cancer Trust as their charity of the year and will participate in fundraising runs to support breast cancer awareness.

- 3. NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH The new Montreal Associates website www.montrealassociates.com is due for launch this summer. The website has been built to answer the needs of expanding audiences as well as to provide a more user-friendly experience. The new site, will be launched in English, French and German and offers easy access to key information and a simple means for candidates to apply for jobs. The responsive design effectively allows visitors to engage in their preferred channel of communication, from tablet to mobile and on computer.
- 4. We're excited to welcome you to our first corporate video screening (location TBC), an afternoon in which we showcase our new corporate videos and see what you think of them. Following this, they'll be rolled out across our new website and Vimeo channel. - 6. Montreal Associates Frankfurt Gaining Momentum Montreal Associates announced the opening of its new office in Frankfurt (An der Welle 4, Alte Oper) in March. Having operated from London thus far, our local presence will now provide significant support to the region's network of clients and candidates. Frankfurt operations will be headed by Sandrine Leclercq. Sandrine had 15 years' recruitment experience before joining MA and will be in charge of further developing our presence in Germany servicing both the Permanent and Contract markets. Speaking of the move to Frankfurt, she said: "Montreal Associates is an entrepreneurial, quality-driven and international company. Having lived in Stuttgart for the last nine years I'm excited about moving to Frankfurt to head up the new office. It's exciting to see this start-up project come to fruition supported by a long-established company where the values of training and strong career paths continue to drive the company forward."
- 7. SEAL OF APPROVAL Montreal Associates is given the seal of approval from kununu... Montreal Associates receives Top Company and Open Company seals from kununu. An exclusive group of 5.5% of those rated on the employer assessment and review platform have qualified for the Top Company seal and only 1% receive the exclusive Open Company seal. We are pleased that our employees and job seekers have rated us positively based on our salary details, company reviews and interview questions. The seals provide tangible evidence of the success we are seeing since the opening of our Frankfurt office in March and we will continue to build on this.
- 8. Montreal Associates has received gold rating in a sustainability survey conducted by EcoVadis. In 2014 the company received silver status. Improving on this, in November 2015 MA attained the highest standard gold rating, ranking within the top 5% of all companies surveyed. EcoVadis assesses suppliers from 110 countries, across 150 business sectors. They measure corporate policies, initiatives and achievements in areas concerning the environment, labor practices & human rights, sustainable procurement and fair business practices. Montreal Associates accepts the rating as a testament to the hard work and company commitment to long-term sustainability. Franck Voreux (Legal and Compliance Manager) said: "We are delighted with the result – it rewards the hard work put in over the past few years by the Legal Team and the company as a whole and it highlights how seriously MA takes its duties towards Corporate Social Responsibility." - 9. This quarter, the MA Elite team flew down huge zip wires and leapt off Tarzan Swings whilst enjoying high rope obstacles at Battersea Park's Go Ape. The team thoroughly enjoyed the experience - even Faye who realised she was afraid of heights. The day was rounded off with food and drinks at The Ship which was located next to the Thames. - 10. Montreal Associates is up 18% in growth in employee count year-on-year. As the company expands, 30 new members of staff have been appointed between May 2015 and 2016. The new members of the team are based in both London and the newly opened Frankfurt office. Of the headcount growth HR and Office Coordinator Omiros Angelopoulos said: "We've had a tremendous increase over the last 12 months. We have had a particular focus on increasing the headcount of the Delivery Team. We had eight new starters since March and this was due to existing members receiving promotions." - 11. CHARITY PARTNER 2016 Montreal Associates announce its 2016 charity partner as Teenage Cancer Trust. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young people with cancer, aged 13 to 24. They develop specialist units within NHS hospitals and provide expert nursing and support staff who provide the best possible tailored, individual care and information whenever it’s needed. Their aim is to provide every young person with cancer to access to this specialist support, no matter where they live. However, for every young person Teenage Cancer Trust helps, there’s another they cannot currently reach - working towards an ambitious goal of reaching every young person with cancer in the UK by 2020. The trust needs to raise over £80 million to make this happen. Our goal is to help the charity throughout the year by running a series of fun events to raise funds.

- 13. On June 25th join Camille, Lauranne, Marie-Laure, Marine, Elodie B, Elodie P, Marion, Mathilde and Valerie for a 5k (or 10k) run. They will be walking, running and charging their way around the running track to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.
