Dit is een presentatie die ik gebruik in mijn workshop Digitale Media, Nieuwe Marketing & Nieuw Zakendoen, waarin alle ontwikkelingen rond media en marketing overzichtelijk gepresenteerd worden.
Ten midden van de turbulente ontwikkelingen blijkt steeds vaker dat onze traditionele manieren van samenwerken, leiden en organiseren niet meer voldoen. En in onze wereld waarin de oude wijze van werken niet meer werkt, is de vraag wat onze houvast dan nog is. De stabiele factor in organisaties is de mens. Want ook al lijkt alles te veranderen, de principes achter het menselijk gedrag blijven hetzelfde. Door de kracht, maar ook de zwakte van mensen centraal te zetten in organisaties, gaan mensen beter presteren en worden ze gelukkiger. Grote vraag is dan wel: Hoe werkt de mens?
In Hoe werkt de mens? neemt Glenn van der Burg je mee langs de werking van de mens in zijn werk. In ons brein is op meerdere fronten een continue tweestrijd gaande tussen twee uitersten zoals: Preventie en Promotie of Inclusion en Distinction.
