Duurzaamheid raakt iedereen, ook retail en logistiek, zo trapt Roeland Westra van Centrum Duurzaam van ROC Friese Poort de duurzame expeditie voor docenten af. Op donderdag 13 juli 2023 gingen docenten Retail en Logistiek op duurzame expeditie naar het Wadden Center op de Afsluitdijk. We doen al veel aan levensecht onderwijs met onze studenten, vertelt Titia van der Meer, opleidingsmanager Logistiek van ROC Friese Poort. Meer doen met duurzaamheid in levensecht onderwijs is de volgende stap, zo verwoord Jochem van Delden, opleidingsmanager retail van ROC Friese Poort, de ambitie van de opleidingen retail en logistiek. Heleentje Swart van Vereniging Circulair Friesland en Albrecht Wijbenga van Wijbenga Tromp Architecten inspireerden de docenten met hun duurzame praktijkervaringen.

PIANOo is het Expertisecentrum en netwerkorganisatie voor overheidsopdrachtgevers. Iedereen die zich in de publieke sector bezighoudt met het inkopen en aanbesteden van werken, leveringen en diensten kan bij PIANOo terecht voor informatie, advies en praktische tips. Daarmee wil PIANOo betere overheidsaanbestedingen bereiken.Duurzaamheid geldt niet voor derdenTijdens de marktontmoeting over inhuur derden bleek dat er aan extern personeel opvallend minder eisen worden gesteld dan aan intern personeel. Interne medewerkers worden vaak gemaand om te voldoen aan mobiliteits en duurzaamheidseisen zoals:Te verhuizenMet Openbaar Vervoer te reizenThuis te werkenExtern personeel wordt steeds belangrijker en zou dus ook onder hetzelfde beleid moeten vallen als interne medewerkers. Externen besteden veel tijd op de weg en kunnen aanzienlijker meer thuis werken. Waarom trekken opdrachtgever niet door richting externen m.b.t. hun duurzaamheidsbeginselen?. Creativiteit & Innovatie bij duurzame inkoopDuurzaamheid bleek ondanks mogelijke verwachte tegenstand in een juridisch traject wel een uitsluitend inkoopcriterium te kunnen zijn.Door een van de aanwezige partijen was een mooie work-around gemaakt die tot geen enkel juridisch probleem had geleid. Sleutelwoorden waren Transparantie en het marktplaatsprincipe. In de voorronde van de aanbesteding werd met de leveranciers gezamenlijk en met maximale openheid duurzaamheid besproken als beleidsuitgangspunt. Naar het duurzaamheidsbeleid werd ook verwezen in het inhuurcontract als belangrijk kritische performance indicator. Verder kan door het juist inrichten van de inuur van de marktplaats voor inhuur derden kan duurzaamheid meegenomen worden als criterium.
