Key roles:
 Reviewing and analyzing grantee reports and hence preparing disbursements.
 Support in preparation of grant proposals, budgets, program implementation
plans and reports to donors
 Support in capacity building of partner organization in implementing their activities as
well as maintaining proper and credible financial records
 Support in preparation of monthly financial reports
 Raising payment vouchers and following up on payments
 Preparing annual and periodic budgets and budget tracking.
 Coding of expenses and posting them on Aggresso Accounting system.
 Preparing bank reconciliations, petty cash management, ensuring payments are

 Carrying out initial verification of payments requests and
expenditure listing
 Support in preparation of grant proposals, budgets, program

 Managed the front office and switch board whilst maintaining
customer care.
 Supported in filling of admin and financial documents as per the
set systems.
 Carried out general secretarial duties such as photocopying,
binding of documents and generating of reports and analytical

KEY ROLES
 Record keeping- filling and Data entry in both Sage and
QuickBooks accounting software
