- 2. 2(cont) Experience Record: 2014-15 contract end. Mechanical commissioning engineer assigned to TCO (Tengizchevroil) based at Tengiz, Kazakhstan. Overseeing all mechanical commissioning activities along with Operations Support, developing procedures for commissioning and start-up, ECA and RCM studies ready for final handover. 2011-2014: SERIP Consultant assigned to TCO (Tengizchevroil) based at Tengiz, Kazakhstan. Development of Standard Repair Procedures (SRP), based on manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, for all mechanical equipment installed by the project to the required standard set forth by Chevron Base Business Units worldwide. Ensuring that Commissioning and Start-up spares are purchased by the Project and are on site at the time of commissioning. Registration of any PSVs installed by the Project (filling in registration forms, collecting Data Sheets and getting them entered into the E1 system). Ensure that all commissioning spares, 2 year operational spares and special tools are procured for the new equipment being installed rotating or static including Pressure Safety Valves. Responsible for the implementation of all mechanical maintenance activities, breakdown and routine maintenance. The area consisted of 10 outstations and 2 Central Processing Facilities with oil and gas export processing equipment and associated utilities supplies, compressors, turbines, gas and diesel generators. These included Union water disposal pumps, Energy Industries gas compression units. REDA HPS pumping units, Caterpillar diesel water injection and David Brown multistage shipping pumps. Also, involved in rigorous training programs for national staff in mechanical maintenance and HSE issues. 1996-1997: Senior Mechanical Supervisor for VEBA OIL, LIBYA. Main duties involved maintenance of Sulzer gas turbines, caterpillar diesel and gas engines, various pumps and compressors, LUFKIN wellhead jack pumps and all associated equipment relating to oil production. 1993-1995: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Assigned to ELF NIGERIA.
