- 1. How to Use the Whiteboard Feature in Office Lens
- 2. Once you open the Office Lens app make sure it is on the WHITEBOARD setting. Note: If you do not have the Office Lens app, check out the How to Download tutorial.
- 3. Point the camera at the whiteboard where the written words are located, zoom in if necessary.
- 4. Once you take the photo, the app will automatically format, make the text more clear, and straighten the photo.
- 5. You can even take a photo of the board from the back of the room!
- 6. Then click Done. After clicking Done change the title of the photo and export to any of the following
- 7. This app is perfect for taking photos of the whiteboard since it attempts to remove glare and makes the text more clear.
