Work Profile:
• Inward -: Doing inward quality inspections for newly manufactured FIAT cars which use
to transfer from Production Plant to Stock Yard. Also taking care of the GRN (Goods
Receipt Note) for same cars and provide parking locations of the cars to drivers for proper
location parking. Guiding drivers for the same.
• LTSM (Long Term Storage Maintenance) -: Doing LTSM for the vehicles aged more than 30
days regularly. In this process checking vehicle’s external body, battery voltage, tyre
pressure, lose material, engine oil level etc.
• PDI (Pre Dispatch Inspection) -: Doing PDI for the cars which are invoiced and to be
dispatch to the dealers across Pan India Dealerships working for FIAT cars. Also take care
to provide required vehicles to the transport team timely to avoid dispatch delay issues.
• Rework Activity -: Leading rework activity which happens in the stock yard. Making
coordination with plant quality team and FCA SCM team for the all rework activity
happens in the yard. Also keep all the records and prepare all the reports regarding rework
activity for FCA and plant quality team. Also support plant quality team to accomplish
with them to the particular vehicles which needs to be repaired.
• Inventory -: Playing key role in the Inventory activity every month and monitoring daily
stock count process which taken care by security guards and also take care that stock
should match properly. Also guiding other team members as well as contract staff in taking
Material Inventory.
• Training -: Giving training to the junior staff members about Quality Check, Stock
Inventory, Material Inventory. Also use to give training to contract staff for vehicle
handling, vehicle parking and behavioural training as per FCA and MPL norms.
• MIS -: Lead quality team to prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports like Inward
Inspection Report, LTSM Report and PDI Report. Also guiding team to provide proper
data to FCA and MPL management team.
