- 10. Volunteers Delivering for Basics Bank Collecting food from the Basics Bank to deliver to people’s homes

- 12. Shopping Dial-A-Ride drivers moved from carrying people to carrying food!
- 13. “If it wasn’t for Dial-A-Ride us passengers would have starved to death.” “Thank you for the help you have given my parents over the years. It is an essential service and makes their lives so much easier. At the moment changing from a transport to a delivery service has been a lifeline. Thanks.”

- 17. Delivering Prescription during Covid There were lots of prescriptions Client safely receiving prescription
- 18. Support to Young Carers carried on Volunteers helped deliver activity packs to Young Carers so they could join in at home

- 33. Direct Covid Support We were asked to establish a testing centre in Fareham
- 34. “During my conversation with other councils who are pulling together their test centres, I am encouraged that we don’t have any staffing issues as many others do with staffing their sites. The director of Public Health’s office at Hampshire County council has been reassured throughout by the fact we are working with One Community, who have taken the load off by doing all volunteer recruitment, references and code of conduct. - 37. Fareham Lottery started in March 2021 Over 65 local groups are now benefitting
- 38. Fareham Information Centre Re-opened in July 2020. Our craft volunteers made hundreds of masks for customers for a minimum donation of ?1. Loads went out the door.
