other organizations) revolving around VoIP solutions, instituted standard configurations/processes. Acted

Network Operations Center Technician

final construction of central office. Responsibilities included, database development and administration
(TBS OSS), construction bidding, subcontractor selection, equipment evaluation, testing, purchasing

architects. The floor plan was drawn in Microsoft Visio and Auto Cad Lite.
