- 2. Identity Not too long ago back in Chicago I used to do broadcasting class during my senior year. I then developed a love for talking and engaging with people through public interviews. People started asking me to be in the interviews we did in the lunchrooms and hallways because they enjoyed it as well. I even convinced my teacher to give myself and three others our own segment which featured sports debating. Since then I never looked back, as I now attend college at Full Sail University. I knew this was the career path that was for me.

In the sports world, many people write and talk about similar topics. However, the format of how they display that information is what makes shows and segments popular. - 5. Career Goals Short Term - I want to start my Youtube channel based around around sports content. Increase and grow my brand to where it will look good for potential hirings. Mid Term - I want to have grown my channel past 500 thousand subscribers. By this point I will have graduated, and been looking for potential positions as a sports analyst. Only this time I will have a name going into the process Long Term - I want to be a analyst and media persona doing what I love to do professionally. By this time as well, I should be no less than a millionaire.
- 6. Elevator Pitch ALIJAH PHIFER The problem with todays sports media is that its becoming oversaturated with the same format of debate shows sitting at desks. I feel like fan involvement along with getting out and seeing how people feel about these topics would create a interesting and fun style of highlighting sports. I would create a format where we get outside and involve our supporters.

Many of my contemporaries wont have varieties of topics that I will provide. Most of it is rinse and repeated from things that they hear from others. My plan is to create a walking debate style instead if a typical desk setup. This will allow fans who watch the show to feel involved in the sports topics even more.

At Full Sail University I gained knowledge in skills with Adobe software. This has allowed me the ability to put together videos that I wouldnt have been able to before. I also feel that oral communication classes I gained in high school and college will allow me to be a great talent on camera.
