Job Summary

The objective of this position is to support to achieve the objectives of the AABs Removing Cultural Barriers and 
Promoting the Rights of Children and Young People with Disabilities (RCB Project). The position holder will 
particularly focus on supporting partner organizations and net work organization to develop their organizational 
and institutional capacity building initiatives which helps to enhance organizational self governance in terms of 
value for money, effectiveness, qualitative implementation and achievements. The position is designed to manage 
over all partnership, develop partnership and including resource management. He is responsible to facilitate 
partner organizations to develop their implementation and way forward strategy. He will facilitate PNGOs to link 
PWDs into public services and hold PWDs rights. He will closely work with resource mobilization team to develop 
concept note, design project and develop proposal for fund raising. He will responsible to maintain donors 
communication, reporting and address their regular needs. 
Responsibilities and Tasks

Job Responsibilities 01: Partnership management and enhance 
% of time 20% 
organizational/institutional governance and development: 
Tasks 
1. Over all partnership management will be more functional as per the policies of AAB: e.g. partnership policy, 
ALPS, HRBA, financial policy, gender policy. 
2. Facilitate partner organizations to develop organizational governance instruments so that they will be 
transparent and accountable, 
3. Facilitate PNGOs to implement deign project activities according to follow project proposal, LFA of RCB 
project. 
4. Facilitate capacity building in technical, organizational and institutional areas that they can able to hold the 
rights of PWDS from local government authorities and government institutions. 
5. Support PNGOs to develop policy advocacy and campaigns strategy that they become able to negotiate with 
public agencies to enhance rights of person with disabilities. 
6. Provide technical support to partner organizations in program design and program management. 
Job Responsibilities 02: Organizing, planning and budgeting % of time 15% 
Tasks 
1. Contribute knowledge and skills in thematic issues that will be more concentrated in planning stage of 
Partners and AAB. 
2. Support to Partner organization to develop plans, budget and implementation strategy they can able to meet
the needs of PWDs. 
3. Provide technical support to PNGOs to organize training, workshop, and conference according to follow 
proposed activities of project proposal. 
4. Facilitate partner organization to develop capacity building learning materials so that they can able to meet 
the training needs of PWDs (CWDs, YWDs). 
5. Provide knowledge and skills to link and enhance disability issue in horizontally and vertically 
Job Responsibilities 03: To ensure efficient programme delivery in the field % of time 15% 
Tasks 
1. Monitor and supervise programmes through field visits, prepare report and provide recommendations to 
partners 
2. Exchange information between partners and other external stakeholders on latest developments in the 
thematic area 
3. Ensure timely and quality reporting from partners and feedback to partners 
4. Ensure the field learning is shared with AAB for future programme directions and micro-macro linkage. 
5. Take part/initiate programmatic reviews 
6. Identify and assess new partners and design programme interventions 
Job Responsibilities 04: To facilitate capacity development Progamme for 
% of time 15% 
PNGOs staffs of partner organizations. 
Tasks 
1. Undertake joint capacity need assessments with partners and make plans 
2. Organize training/ workshop/seminar/ hold meetings /consultation 
3. Coordinate and develop training materials, manual and module 
4. Ensure experiences/learning is shared between partners and other 
stakeholders 
5. Follow up on issues related to capacity development intervention 
Job Responsibilities 05: To contribute to further development of AAB JEM 
Strategy including fundraising 
% of time 15% 
Tasks 
1. Closely work with resource mobilization team to develop concept note, design project and develop proposal 
for fund raising 
2. Contribute knowledge and skills in thematic areas of organizational development process. 
3. Prepare and submit monthly update and plans according to link with CSP-IV and ISP to the line management. 
4. Participate in concept development, project design, proposal development and donor meetings. 
5. Participate in program and team meeting and monitoring process. 
6. Engage in emergency work as per need of AAB. 
Job Responsibilities 06: facilitate project monitoring, evaluation and 
% of time 10% 
knowledge management activities. 
Tasks 
1. Facilitate partner organization to develop baseline according to consider project management tools. 
2. Facilitate partner organizations to assist consultant to do midterm review and final evaluation according to 
follow project proposal.
3. Develop baseline and quarterly monitoring format including develop methodologies of MTR and final 
evaluation of RCB project. 
4. Coordinate different study/research and review including methodologies. 
5. Contribute to continuous learning within the team and partners. 
Job Responsibilities 07: Team Management % of time 5% 
1. Define development plan and setting objectives for team member(s) 
2. Coaching mentoring and capacity building initiatives for team member(s) 
3. Facilitate performance management and appraisal process 
4. Assist to set priority works and carry out results to achieve goal.

Education & Training: 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 
Education: Masters or a Post Graduation degree in development studies or Social Science related field. 
Experience (Number of Years and field of expertise): 
Experience: Required at least 6 years working experiences in the relevant field and including 4 years in 
management position. 
Knowledge: 
揃 Have clear understanding about civic instruments; e.g. UNCRPD, UNCRC, CBR, National instruments of PWDs, 
Child rights law, Education Policy and Laws and other Human Rights instruments.
