Materiaalikuvaa Pedaforum 2025 työpajan alustusta ja ryhmätöiden kirjauksia. Työpajan tavoitteena on perehdyttää osallistujat avoimien oppimateriaalien (engl. Open Educational Resources, OER) kehittämiseen, hallinnointiin ja jakamiseen tekoälyn avulla sekä tarkastella siihen liittyviä eettisiä ja oikeudellisia kysymyksiä, kuten tekijyyteen ja tekijänoikeuteen liittyvät kysymykset. Kohderyhmänä ovat korkeakoulujen opettajat, opintohallinnon ja kirjastojen henkilöstö, joka hyödyntää tai suunnittelee hyödyntävänsä tekoälyä opetuksessa ja materiaalien tuotannossa ja jakelussa. Työpaja liittyy ajankohtaiseen keskusteluun tekoälyn roolista korkeakouluopetuksessa ja avoimissa oppimateriaaleissa. Avoimet opetus- ja oppimiskäytännöt (engl. Open Educational Practices, OEP) voivat tarjota laadukkaita oppimateriaaleja laajaan käyttöön. Ne haastavat perinteisiä opetustapoja ja mahdollistavat opettajien vertaisoppimisen ja -arvioinnin heidän jakaessaan toisilleen oppimateriaalejaan ja saadessaan niistä palautetta. Tekoälyä voidaan käyttää OER materiaalin automaattisessa sisällön analyysissä varmistaen tietyt laatustandardit, kuten faktantarkistamisen, luettavuuden ja esteettömyyden. Materiaalin laadun varmistamisessa vertaisarviointijärjestelmillä tekoäly voi löytää parhaat arvioijat kullekin materiaalille sekä automatisoida arviointityötä. Tekoäly voi tukea personoituja oppimiskokemuksia analysoimalla opiskelijoiden suorituksia ja mukauttamalla oppimateriaalit yksilöllisten tarpeiden mukaan. Opettajille tämä asettaa vaatimuksia kykyyn soveltaa tekoälyä monipuolisesti avoimien oppimateriaalien laatimisessa, kehittämisessä sekä myös oppimisen arvioinnissa. Tekoälyn uhat OER:n tuotannossa ja käytössä liittyvät ns. hallusinaatiovirheisiin, joiden seurauksena oppimateriaalit sisältävät virheellistä tietoa tai että niiden laatu arvioidaan väärin. Tekoälymallit voivat periä ennakkoluuloja ja epätasapuolisuutta niiden koulutusdatasta ja siten heikentää materiaalien monimuotoisuutta ja kattavuutta. Työpajassa käsitellään erityisesti digitaalisten työkalujen ja tekoälyn vaikutuksia oppimateriaalien kehittämiseen. Aloitamme lyhyellä esityksellä aiheesta, minkä jälkeen työskennellään ryhmissä, joissa tarkastellaan tekoälyn roolia oppimateriaalien hallinnassa, vertaisoppimisessa sekä eettisissä ja oikeudellisissa kysymyksissä. Ryhmät esittelevät työnsä tulokset yhteiseen keskusteluun. Lopuksi osallistujat arvioivat oppimaansa ja pohtivat tekoälyn soveltamista omassa opetuksessaan ja oppimateriaalin tuottamisessa ja hyödyntämisessä.
