パワーママプロジェクトについて。
『パワーママプロジェクト』は、パワフルで等身大のワーママ（ワーキングママ）のロールモデルをシェアして、明日の活力に繋げていくプロジェクトです。パワーママ＋ワーママ＝パワーママ。
育児と仕事の両立が当たり前になった昨今、メディアには多くの素敵ママ、バリキャリママが溢れ、多様な育児と仕事の方法があることを教えてくれます。
そうした一方で、私たちは、等身大のワーママのロールモデルの情報が実は少ないのでは？と疑問を持ちました。
私たち自身が「こうなりたい」というロールモデルを知らなかったのです。
このように、
「参考にしたいロールモデルがいない???」
「あんな働き方は私には無理」
「もっと自分に合った育児と仕事の両立のモデルが知りたい」
「自分と似たタイプのロールモデルが知りたい」
というワーママは少なくないのではないでしょうか。
こうしたワーママ、ワーママ予備軍のため、『パワーママ＆パワーパパプロジェクト』は、ワーママ?ワーパパのロールモデルをシェアすることにより、
“自分らしく”仕事と育児が出来るHappyなワーママ?ワーパパを増やし、日本経済に貢献することをミッションとしています。
そのために、まずはロールモデルを100名、こちらのブログでご紹介することを目標とします。
