CONCLUSION
Employee of saras dairy feel that promotion is to
  be decided on merit basis & not only by
  seniority basis as it is prevaling in saras dairy.
  Employee if saras dairy feel thatleadership
  style of their organization should also be taken
Into consideration. There should not be any
  pressure from their respective superiors.
LIMITATIONS


Duration of the project was short to undertake the
 rigorous research activities which restricted the
 scope of the study with formation of framework
 and to conduct survey .
