This document is the final paper for a master's degree in economic history. It studies the evolutionary dynamics of economic activities and long-term trends in added value and employment in the largest non-financial Spanish firms from 1971-2012. The paper aims to identify which economic activities generated the most wealth through higher added value and employment. A cal logopeda, veu de cassalla? Anàlisi de les primeres experiències del projecte d'innovació docent i prevenció de la salut vocal iVEU (intervenció en Veu i Educació Universitària) RESUM Es presenten els resultats d'una investigació-acció sobre una de les primeres experiències del projecte iVEU (intervenció en Veu i Educació Universitària). iVEU és una innovació gestionada des de la Unitat de Veu, un servei de logopèdia de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona especialitzat en l’àmbit vocal. El projecte integra diferents assignatures del Grau en Logopèdia amb la finalitat de (1) millorar la qualitat de la formació del logopeda en l’àmbit vocal al Grau i (2) prevenir les alteracions vocals entre els mateixos estudiants. Es dissenya i implementa una experiència multidisciplinària que integra les assignatures Física Acústica i Audiologia i Treball Fi de Grau. Els seus objectius són (1) facilitar a l’alumnat l’accés a la logopèdia en l’àmbit vocal i (2) detectar els alumnes de primer de logopèdia amb disfonia, oferir-los una breu intervenció logopèdica i derivar-los a professionals externs. Es recullen dades de la percepció dels participants a través de grups de discussió, qüestionaris, enquestes, entrevistes i el Treball Fi de Grau vinculat a l’experiència. Es conclou que la innovació permet l’accés a la logopèdia en l’àmbit vocal a tots els participants gràcies a la seva incidència en les tres modalitats formatives en aquest àmbit de la logopèdia: (a) la formació o teràpia vocal, (b) l’estudi acadèmic de la veu sana i alterada i (c) les pràctiques clíniques. Es fa evident la necessitat de dissenyar un procés de detecció, valoració, intervenció, derivació i seguiment d’alumnes amb disfonia al llarg dels quatre cursos de Grau. The goal is to determine which activities generated the most wealth through high employment and added value. The relevance of business models for corporate performance in general and corporate sustainability in particular has been widely acknowledged in the literature while sustainable entrepreneurship research has started to explore contributions to the sustainability transformation of markets and society. Particularities of the business models of sustainable niche market pioneers have been identified in earlier research, but little is known about the dynamic role of business models for sustainable entrepreneurship processes aiming at upscaling ecologically and socially beneficial niche models or sustainability upgrading of conventional mass market players. Informed by evolutionary economics, we develop a theoretical framework to analyze co-evolutionary business model development for sustainable niche pioneers and conventional mass market players aiming at the sustainability transformation of markets. Core evolutionary processes of business model variation, selection and retention, and evolutionary pathways are identified to support structured analyses of the dynamics between business model innovation and sustainability transformation of markets.

A Study of Economic Activities. 2 de 15 Abstract & Mission of this study This study describes results of evolutionary dynamic of economic activities and, added value and employment long-term trends, of largest non-financial Spanish firms. Main question is: Which Spanish economic activities have generated largest wealth: bigger added value and higher employment? Mission of this study is to construct evolutionary model, to show their results, and to answer questions propouned. Any other expectations or suggestions are out of mission of this study.
