For social cooperative (type B) job insertion of disadvantaged
people is not a burden but a goal to achieve!

SISTEMA DOTALE
DOWRY SYSTEM

The ¡°dote¡± (dowry) is an individual grant that certain categories
of job seekers (eg disabled, over 45, over 55, unemployed
women, unemployed young people) can ¡°spend¡± to obtain
training and orientation services from an accredited work
agency.
Job seekers can choose the accredited agency where to spend
their dowry.

RECRUITMENT INCENTIVES
Companies that hire people:
? Unemployed for more than 12 months
? Unemployed for more than 6 months (if > 50 years old, or > 45 &
qualifications below the diploma or professional qualification)
? Workers in extraordinary redundancy fund
? Young people up to 29 who do not have a regular paid
employment for at least 6 months
Receive an incentive of:
? € 3.000 for contracts of at least 12 months
? € 8000 for permanent contracts (including apprenticeship).
