• Chemplast sanmar limited, India, producing Ethylene di chloride, Caustic soda, Chlorine
and HCL by direct chlorination of ethylene, membrane technology, worked from 2006 to
2008 as a process operator.
 Thirumalai chemical limited, India, producing maleic anhydride through oxidation of the
benzene, worked from 2001 to 2006 as a plant operator.
KNOWLEDGE OF PROCESS & EQUIPMENTS HANDLED
 Familiar in SAP system and DCS operation of Emerson delta V
 Knowledge about methanol production which is consists of Natural gas compression,
Desulfurization, reformer section, synthesis gas compression, methanol convertor,
distillation and tank farms unit.
 Handled Crude distillation unit(CDU) & Vacuum distillation unit (VDU) and
polymerization unit independently
 Handled butane diol & maleic un-hydride unit which is consist of butane gas treating and
fractionation, oxidation, absorption, stripping, esterification, hydrogenation, refining

 Having experience with, Steam driven turbine compressors generators, Waste heat
recovery boiler producing super-heated steam and cooling towers, Hydrogen PSA and
hydrogen compressor system.
 Having good experience in startup, shutdown, emergency procedures and plant turnaround
activities
 Having experience in all kind of distillation columns, heat exchangers, Compressors and
storage tanks.
 Familiar with pollution control equipment like incinerators, flares, scrubbers
 Familiar with commissioning and pre commissioning standard operating procedures

 Taking and analyzing log reading from the variety of gauges and indicators.
 Reporting any abnormalities noticed to supervisor and taking necessary action.
 Preparation of equipment isolation plan and issuing safe work permit after job onsite
evaluation.
 Lead and participate the commissioning and decommissioning of plant and equipment as
preparation of maintenance
 Participation of the safety and shift meetings, maintaining & updating production shift log
book.
