Management responsibility for operating budgets of up to $50MM. Bottom line accountability to include production, maintenance and capital implementation. Management responsibilities for 125 employees. This effort also defined manufacturing objectives and established the criteria for employee performance plans. 1987-1990 Louisiana Pacific Corporation Sagola, MI Electrical Superintendent Responsible for all aspects of electrical maintenance and power distribution at the LP Sagola facility. Assisted with construction design and start up of the LP Dawson Creek, BC manufacturing facility. Assisted with construction design and start up of the LP Sagola, MI manufacturing facility. Assisted with the start up of the LP Newberry, MI OSB manufacturing facility. Familiar with and maintained PLC controllers, Inverter & DC drives, Instrumentation and 3 phase motor control centers. 1983-1987 Louisiana Pacific Corporation Hayward, WI Lead Electrician Responsible for the preventative maintenance of the electrical equipment, project set up, drawing and design for the electrical control systems and installation. Assigned work duties to shift electricians and followed up on the completion of tasks. Assisted with the construction design and start up of the LP Hayward Line II Production line. Responsible for minimizing down time. 1980-1983 Louisiana Pacific Corporation Hayward, WI Maintenance Electrician Maintenance electrician in charge of trouble shooting and repair of electrical equipment throughout the facility.
