 Implementation of Human Resources policies.
 Time Office Management Timely payment of PF, P.T, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Insurance etc.

 Successful implementation of pay roll software with auto attendance through thumb impression time
management system.
 Suggested about legal advisor to the management and hired the legal advisor and proper legal case follow
up with legal advisor and four existing cases decision in favor of company due to proper and timely follow.
 Implemented leave policy as per Shop and Establishment Act, Delhi
 Suggested and implemented Office timing policy with leave availing procedure and implemented related
froms of leave, OD, manual attendance, Early going etc.
 Updated record of personal file of employees and other required statutory record.
 General things implemented: Notice Board, First Aid Box, Suggestion and Complaint Box, fire cylinders
installation etc. .
 From February 2007 to December 2011 Worked with Sanspareils Greenlands Pvt. Ltd. Meerut as Senior Executive
