The first phase is research about the mindset of local business keepers in the mentioned markets
and getting the information about their perception towards marketing and advertising. Along with that
getting a hint of their monthly expenditure on promotional activities and if they are already having their
advertising partners. Moreover their interest towards this new concept of hyper-local advertising at their
desired tariffs.
The second phase is research about the visitors of the same respective markets, this research is with
an objective to find out where from people visit these markets, their purpose to visit the market and
frequency. And along with that which things influence their purchasing decisions.
The third phase was to get merge up with sales team of HT CONNECT where we have to generate
revenue by space selling and getting prospective clientage for the company. The experience during sales was
the best experience and the learning are been defined in this project.
The last phase of the project was to get a research done on clientage satisfaction and the gaps left to satisfy
our customers. Along with that in this research we included prospective business keepers of the same areas
who were left untapped due to various reasons.But now after this post launch survey did their perception
changed or not
