Senior Vice President of Programs, 2000 - 2016
 Led the agency from serving 300 children per year in 2000 to serving over 2,000 in
2015. Agency annual budget increased from $300,000 to $1.7 million.
o In 2013 and 2014, received Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Gold
Standard Agency award for quality program metrics ranking in the top 10%
of 300+ national affiliates.
 Oversee strategic planning and execution of all program operations for communi-
ty-based and school/site-based programs (included targeted university, high school,
workplace-based and faith-based programs) and for the weekend group program-
ming serving children on the waitlist.
 Manage and develop program staff of 25+, including middle managers, program
staff, intake staff, and the community partnerships coordinator. Monitor individual
and team performances using key performance indicators, program metrics, and
business performance measures.
 In partnership with school and corporate partners, design and implement innova-
tive programming such as Beyond School Walls, a workplace mentoring program,
and Mentor 2.0, a new e-mentoring initiative with iMentor.
 Responsible for final production of all qualitative and quantitative reports and
evaluations produced by agency staff.
 Collaborate with and support the Chief Executive Officer and grant writing team in
preparing new grant requests to design, develop, and evaluate new programming
related to targeted community needs. Manage the execution of and reporting on all
current program-related grants.
