JOB PROFILE:-
 Preparing MIS reports emphasised upon tracking internal performance of the
company.
 Responsible for maintaining department structure reports for top management on
monthly basis.
 Maintaining data base of employees personal details in excel as well as in paper
form.
 Generate reports and preparing presentation related to employees MIS report for
meeting and providing insights accordingly.
 Maintaining attendance & leave status of all employees.
 Monitor the attendance recording system.
 Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, experience letter, relieving letters

 Sourcing of potential candidates from portal, references.

 Arranging welcome kit for new joining, ID card, printing visiting card and opening of
bank account.
 Assisting employees with all forms (as and when they join or leave).
 Scan and fax documents as per requirements by management and employees.
 Maintaining employee data base (addresses, extension list, and vehicle list).
 Manage office boys for field work or internal work as per requirement.
 Checking conveyance and salary sheet of field staff.
 Handling employee engagement, on boarding, new joining formalities, exit
formalities.
 Maintaining record of employees on PeopleSoft, processing salary & TDS payments.

 Coordination for hotel and flights booking for employees.
 Conference room booking.
 Cab arrangements.
 Dealing with all vendors for complaints related to electricity, water, carpenter,
plumber, locks and AC.
 Taking care of vendors management for order, payment of pantry items, cleaning
items & stationery items.
 Co-ordination with all the departments regarding bills of landline, internet,

from other offices.
