• #2: Glenn and I were married in 1991 as unbelievers. Glenn totally supports my passion to bring people to Christ through urban agriculture. He has gone out in sub zero weather to put on a generator when my plants were going to freeze in our greenhouse. He loves that we are going to bring college students to Christ. Like me who attended C U Boulder and never had a Christian speak to me – no one talked to Glenn about Christ when he was at Humboldt State in CA.

• #5: What qualifies me for this evangelism missionary work ? Been a chaplain, youth pastor, church planter, ministry director, children minister, high school teacher, radio show host, since 2001. What I know about myself is called the belly button theory – I am an outie and not an innie --pregnant with desire to love people to Jesus. Been that way since born again in early 1990’s in my early 40’s
• #6: In 2009 like Joseph with Pharaoh God sent me out to Egypt to bring hundreds of lost young adults together through urban agriculture. I was totally unqualified. I went to Seminary not farming school !!!
• #7: Our daughter Kaitlin went to U C Davis and C U Boulder. She did not pursue her faith in college and was done with tradition church. No one walked with her in those four years. She is looking for out of the box life with Jesus. We want to present a more out of the box ministry to college students. We will create a safe place outside church for them. Why support this ministry ? America has a very low spiritual birth rate for college students . How will they know if we do not tell them.
• #8: There are 40,000 students mostly young adults at the Auraria Campus Downtown Denver. Three colleges share that space. U of Colorado Denver, Metro State U and Community College of Denver. 3 out of 10 who grew up Christian will stay faithful. Only six percent of millennial are Christian. We are going to meet them on the campus and bring them to our urban farm do develop relationships. They are seeking and we are going to help some find Christ .

• #12: We are being trained and equipped to launch many spiritual discover groups. The Auraria Campus is our focus to start. Gary Poole is our coach and he also works with Mark Middleburgh and Lee Stroble Willow Creek Church . There are a dozen other groups in Denver we have training with that are also learning to use this self discovery method . 80 per cent of those who attend one of these groups for more than two months get born again.

• #14: These young people believe in coming together to restore community and restore relationships through serving. They call it developing a local food system. I call it a God idea to bring people together to have fun and share love.
• #16: In 2012-2013, InterVarsity had 909 chapters on 590 campuses. Many campuses have more than one chapter, which may include separate outreaches to international students, sororities and fraternities, and ethnic minority groups, as well as career-specific graduate student chapters. During the 2012-2013 school year, 38,580 core students and faculty were actively involved in InterVarsity, 59% of the students were women and 41% men. There are 1,025 InterVarsity field staff who minister to these students and faculty.
