SCOPE OF POSITION:
Restaurant Manager:
 Responsible for the Operation, Management and overall performance of the restaurant
operation.
 Directly involved in a day to a day running areas in connecting, with staffing, customer
service and product quality. Delegations duties and responsibilities to my outlet supervisor
are necessary to ensure proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in area under my
control.
 Implement all standardize procedures and regulations systematically to be in line with F&B
standards and policies. It should be noted.
 Estimating general expenses, food cost and leakage
 Negotiating the best deals with supplier for items like food and beverages
 Creating work schedules for the staff
 Monitor and evaluate employee performance
 Motivate and conduct trainings to staff members
 Monitoring inventory ( ordering /delivery)
 Meeting health and safety regulation HACCP
Executive Butler Duties and Responsibilities:
 Maintain seamless interaction with guests in order to facilitate guest recognition obtain
preferences anticipate guest needs and proactively action all their requirements
 Offering a personalized service with professional approached
 Multi-tasking capabilities
 Have a working knowledge of the check-in and checkout procedure
 Full knowledge of hotel products and services
 Coordinates with the other department ensuring smooth flow of guest stay and achieved
guest preferences
Villa Master Duties and Responsibilities:
 Ensure that the villa is ready and set according to the guest preferences 3 days prior arrival.
 Coordinates with the Engineering, housekeeping and I.T team to ensure that all the facilities
and Maintenance of the villa are all well fixed and each area is functioning properly
 Coordinates with Food and Beverages team in regards to the guest require food during their
stays.
 Coordinates with the Management Assigned to double check the villa day before Arrival of
the guest.
 Coordinates with the FO team to arrange guest registration card and in suite check in
process on day guest Arrival.
 Coordinates with the Security for the smooth access of the guest in the villa upon arrival.
 Welcoming the guest in the villa with the welcome drinks as per standard.
 Show around the guest to their Villa for them to know all the facilities
 Assist the guest for any further inquiry.
 Escort the guest if they require a hotel show around.
 Assist the guest to their itinerary and do it if necessary depends on their Plan during their
Stays.
 Always be available anytime the guest needs assistance.
 Assist the guest for packing and unpacking, beverage service, pressing and Laundry service
as per Standard.
 Print guest Boarding pass and arrange transportation 1 day before departure.
 Coordinates with the bellman for the guest luggage's
 Arrange the guest billing.
 Escort the guest to the lobby if they require doing checkout in the reception.
 Escort the guest to their transportation and farewell with the genuine smile.
 Upload all guest preferences for the future visit and for the sister property for them to know
the guest profile.
