The last five years have volunteered as Girl Scout leader, volunteered in the Children’s
department at our church and have over five years experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter
providing consultants to Fortune 500 companies. Recruiting efforts included cold calling, referral
generation, internet searches and job fairs.

Office Manager
For a home health care company hired to provide CNA’ s, LPN’ s and RN’s to clients at their
homes based on the clients assessment done by our Nursing Manager. In May of 2000 the
Director of Care Focus and I sat down and made the decision together that the office was not
where it should be and closed the office doors at the end of May. Efforts included:
• Attending health fairs for the purpose of advertising the company name and to meet
qualify and hire qualified nursing professionals as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Overseeing the entire hiring process. This process included: application filled out
correctly, reference checks, one on one interview with me, felony check. Offering the
position with an hourly rate.
• Overseeing that the client/nurse relationship was to client’s satisfaction on a monthly
basis.
• Keeping all clients covered for nursing care when a nurse would call in ill or not show
up.
• Overseeing all disciplinary actions with nurses whether it was tardiness, not showing up
at a client’s home, or having to let them go.
• Keeping nurse files up to date by making sure they kept their skills up to date and came
to monthly training classes.
ADDECCO; Fayetteville, NC 4/99 to 11/99
Senior Technical Recruiter
Hired as the sole IT Recruiter, I sought out companies in the area to find out if there was a need
for technical recruiting in the Fayetteville, NC area. After eight months the Manager and I sat
down and decided there was not a need in the Fayetteville area. My eight months efforts included:
• Cold calling any type of company within a 60 to 90 mile radius and to find out what their
technical facility was and if there was a need for contractors.
• Establishing if it was a possible client or source, then I either recruited out of the
company or tried to establish a relationship with Managers.
• Cold calling data processing shops with no previous contact to identify those personnel
relevant to the job search and recruited these personnel once identified.
• Overseeing and managing the hiring process. This process includes technical
qualification interview, reference checks, closing the candidate, negotiating salary and
moving agreements, formatting the resume, presenting the offer and insuring completion
of all paperwork
Analysts International; Tulsa, OK
Senior Technical Recruiter 11/95 to 01/99
Sourcing Data Processing professionals through various techniques. Techniques include cold
calling, referrals, job fairs, Internet and advertising.
Responsibilities include:
Cold calling data processing shops with no previous contact to identify those personnel relevant
to the job search and recruited these personnel once identified.
• Cold calling personnel who have been referred by name only, having no previous contact
with these individuals and recruited these personnel once identified.
• Assisting in placing advertisements locally and nationally and contacted those individuals

Identified Data Processing Professionals through various sourcing techniques. These
techniques included cold calling, referrals and advertising. Responsibilities included
• Called into a data processing shop with no previous contact information, as well as,
contacted personnel who have been referenced by name only
• Solicited referrals from all sources, cold calls, advertisements, Internet and employees
• Attended job fairs for the purpose of advertising the company name and to meet, qualify

Responsibilities included • Called into a data processing shop with no previous contact information, as well as, contacted personnel who have been referenced by name only • Solicited referrals from all sources, cold calls, advertisements, Internet and employees • Attended job fairs for the purpose of advertising the company name and to meet, qualify and hire qualified data processing professionals as quickly and effectively as possible. • Determined qualified candidate and facilitated the hiring process by doing reference checks and arranging technical interviews. • Assisted the Marketing Manager in the completion of the hiring process by closing the candidate.
