EngineeringSummary
Automobile engineering is not only about cars but also about understanding the basic concepts of Mathematics,
Structural mechanics,Basicelectrical engineering&Fluidmechanics,key conceptsthat are used while designing a
car/automobile. Thus the concepts that I have learned are not constrained to one particular field but are an
amalgamation of various other fields with many applications. In the four years, I have developed technical and analytical
skills, whichI am sure will help me become a valuable asset for yourorganization.
On the academic front,as can be seen above, through hardworkand persistence, I drastically improved my GPA from
5.44 in term 5 to 8.08 in term 7 where in I stood second in the entire branch.
Projectand Internship
As part of final year project, me and my group members workedon a project titled "ProductManagementand
DelayPeriodAnalysisinaForgingIndustry".As interns our job was to keep track of each and every job that was
commissioned by the customer and monitor each and every step in the process i.e. from ordering raw materials to final
dispatch. After many empirical observations we calculatedthe delay period and used proper product management
concepts to provide recommendations that reduced delay period in the background.
We also played an integral role in the implementation of in-house heat treatment plant whichfurther aided
reduction of delay period. Our efforts yielded fruit and the organization received an Award for best on time delivery by
CMI FPE LTD. We werealso credited for this accomplishment.
CAD CAM
I am currently pursuing Masters Diploma in Automobile Design from CAD CAM center. At the end of the course I
will have firm grip on the followingsubjects - CREO,NXCAD, ANSYS, NXNASTRAM, NXCAM, CATIA, GDET.The entire
course will be completed in a span of 6 months.
