6. Professional Experience
1. Sireen was assigned as a social media assistant of developing content for
strengthen family planning project on Facebook, and creating events on
twitter and Facebook. Her role covered several activities such as posts; tweets,
status update, pins, photos, videos, and collaborate with cross functional
teams to develop marketing and communication plans.
2. Sireen was assigned as an outreach assistant of the strengthen family planning
project, where the project included awareness lectures about the advantages
and the methods of the family planning, distributing brochures to all the public
health centers in the Kingdom, and the public hospitals. Her role covered many
activities such as planning publicity strategies and campaigns, writing and
producing press releases dealing with enquiries from the public, the press and
organizing promotional events such as tours and visits.
3. Sireen was given number of tasks to work on such as; prepare daily press
clippings and conduct media tracking and reporting with regards of daily
USAID news in Jordan. She also assisted in outing together proposed media
lists of reporters who were invited to USAID events. She participated in
developing the monthly and annual media reports for USAID projects, where

she reviewed press releases and provided facts and figures regarding media
outlets and agencies that advertised for USAID.
4. Sireen was assigned as the project coordinator of the T21 platform
implementation, where the project included mentorship process
management, mentorship scheduling reporting and organizing. Her role
covered several activities such as, requirement gathering, development
activities planning, quality assurance planning, communication management,
stakeholders management, risk management, time line management,
training and planning, and user acceptance testing planning and facilitation
5. Sireen was assigned as the project coordinator of a joint venture and
expansion project for a major organization in Jordan and Saudi, where the
project included the oversight and implementation plan, services setup and
organizing, business origination and development. Her role included follow up
with all project stakeholders, project status and progress reporting, risk &
Issue management, change control management, time management,
communications coordination and management
6. Sireen was assigned as the project coordinator of provision of consultancy
service for project management to UNSMIL where the project included the
support the United Nations Support Mission in Libya UNSMIL to restore
security, promote the creation of capable accountable security, institutions by
promoting womens participation in gender sensitive security sector reform
efforts and in the security services. Her role covered several activities
coordination and facilitation, project status and progress reporting, risk &
issue management, time management, follow up with all stakeholders
7. Sireen was assigned as the project coordinator of Awaj grant management,
which the project is funded by Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation
(JEDCO), where the project included the expand a successful business
networking model and service platform capabilities to support MSME and
creation of jobs which have a stronger economic and social impact in Amman.
