Цели:
1. Ввести новую лексику по теме «Sport»; расширить знания учащихся о видах
спортивных игр и их значении в жизни человека;
2. Способствовать развитию любознательности, речевой догадки, языковых навыков
устной и письменной речи на иностранном языке;
3. Воспитывать уважительное отношение к людям, занимающимся спортом
Тип урока: изучение нового материала.
Методы и приемы: беседа, объяснение, словесное поощрение, игровые, наглядные.
Наглядность и оборудование: доска, проектор, экран, слайды с изображениями,
меловые записи, запись песни на английском языке для физ.минутки, карточки с
изображением флагов Казахстана и Великобритании.

1.Беседа о спорте.

-Студенты из разных стран. Сплотить народы, поддерживать
здоровый дух в теле и т.д.
-Хорошо. Посмотрите пожалуйста на флаг Универсиады. What
words are written there?
-Universiade, Kazan, 2013, Russia.
-Translate them please.
- Универсиада, Казань, 2013 год, Россия.
-What do those five stars mean?
- Five continents.
-Yes! You are quite right! Let’s name them.
- Blue star is Europe, yellow star is Asia, black star is Africa, green star
is Australia, red star is America.
-Very well. Now lets answer this question. Sasha, read and translate the
question please.

- “There are lots of different kinds of sports.
What are they?” Есть много разных видов спорта. Какие?
-Теннис, футбол, плавание, прыжки в длину и.д.
-Давайте посмотрим на картинки, все ли виды спорта вы назвали?
-Now you are going to listen to English names of these sports. Don’t
forget to repeat them aloud. They will be written on the screen. Be
attentive.

-Хоккей, футбол, теннис, гольф и т.д.
-Хорошо. Вы наверное уже заметили, что на ваших партах лежат
миниатюрные флаги Британии и России. Возьмите их, они
понадобятся для следующего задания. Я буду показывать вам вид
спорта, ваша задача – поднять флаг той страны, в которой этот вид
спорта популярен и назвать его по-английски. Могут быть и такие
виды спорта, которые популярны в обеих странах.
