這是一堂為大學生開設的通識教育課程：自我探索：職場爭霸。
我重點沒有放在履歷自傳的打造，或是面試、簡報的技巧，
反而刻意給了課程一個副標題：斜槓職場的職涯發展力
我告訴學生，即使有了好履歷和面試技巧進去一家公司，
但是不懂得熱愛工作、當責盡職、包容多元、柔和謙卑，在職場仍會是風雨飄搖。
我設計了九個單元，並在每個單元課前都先給一段主題演講(約1小時)，
接著設計符合每個單元的空白學習表單(共35張)，強化學生實際操練、認清自己、多元思考。
【單元1】 盤點自己，定位自己
主題演講：茫茫人海，你在哪裡？─做個不一樣的Z世代
(看清自己不完美；放大優點，縮小缺點；隨時保持第二專長；捍衛自己的熱情)
【單元2】 放大優點，接受缺點
主題演講：不斷修剪，終將豐盛
(大學四年寫日記的收穫；從迷失到覺醒之路；建立自己的夢想；從社團中學會給予)
主題演講：恩典之路─美好的祝福
(分享我認識神的歷程；從病痛、難關的試煉中學會順服；在蒙福的路上學會做光做鹽)
【單元3】 定義成功，設定目標
主題演講：當責+執行力
(檢視工作、學習的定位；菁英是自律的；以策略地圖訂人生藍圖；PDCA與甘特圖的應用)
【單元4】 適應變動，包容多元
主題演講：小習慣決定大未來─不再跟改變擦身而過
(持續你的好習慣；改掉你的壞習慣；讓改變成為一種習慣；學會看見每件事的三正三反)
【單元5】 積極行動，適性發展
主題演講：正向積極X效率優雅
(學會一分鐘看見十個幸福；正面思考的七項修練；效率優雅的人與窮忙瞎忙人的區別)
【單元6】 熱愛生命，熱情工作
主題演講：創造心流，愛上工作

【單元7】 專業主義，成為菁英
