Authority control for author-title headings – current behavior
Authority control for names is done only if there is an exact match
on the full string with the authority heading.
A name heading in a bibliographic record that contains a title part
will not find a matching authority heading, if the authority heading
does not contain the title part as well.

When attempting to link a bibliographic heading to an authority
heading in the linking process, the following will be done –
 first search - attempt to find a match with the full string of the
bibliographic heading. If such a match is found, the bibliographic
heading will be linked to the matching authority heading.
Second search (for 6XX) - If no match is found, remove the
subdivisions from the bibliographic heading and look for a
matching authority. If a match is found, the bibliographic
heading will be linked to the matching authority heading.
Third search – new - If no match is found, attempt to find a
match with authority headings that contain only the name part
(without the title and without the subdivision).

• The special treatment of the title part will be done for fields:
600/610/611, 700/710/711, 800/810/811
• The third search (without title) will attempt to find a matching
authority heading by comparing the following subfields in the
bibliographic record -
