STAFFING MEANING
Staffing refers to the continuous process of finding,
selecting evaluating and developing a working
relationship with current or future employees. The main
goal of staffing is to fill the various roles within the company
with suitable candidates.
STAFFING DEFINITION
Staffing is a selection training
motivating and retaining of a personal
in the organization
OBJECTIVES OF STAFFING
• To select and appoint the right person to the right job.
• To develop a strategy for effective utilization of human
resources.
• To introduce training, seminar, workshop, and other efficiency
development programs of employees.
SCOPE OF STAFFING
• It includes manpower planning, recruitment,
selection, training and development,
performance appraisal, promotion, transfer,
compensation, etc. Without performing staffing
function these tasks cannot be accomplished
