In order to reduce your stress level and keep yourself
healthy you just need to have a emotional balance in
yourself and it could only possible when you know
how to managed and resolve conflict. But for doing so
you just need to have certain guidelines where you just
need to stick with.
Step 1
Listen carefully. By listen half of your
problems will be solved. Actually when we
listen we connect ourselves with the person
emotionally and know exactly the needs. It
also helps us gaining more knowledge and
information and makes it easier for us to speak
and at the time of important discussion.
Step 2

Your priority should be maintaining the
relationship of the person. Loosing debates is
not as important as compare with your
relationship with that person. If you still not
agree then just be respectful with them and
their views.
Step 3

When you are resolving conflicts in present try
to be in present. Any past conflict would make
the situation worst and you would not find any
way to resolve your present conflict. Moreover
you may also loose focus on your present
conflict.
Step 4

Sometimes there are certain conflicts which
are not so important to start on. If you find
such less important conflict try to ignore it as
conflict is always dangerous so it is safe to
ignore it.
Step 5

One of the great way to resolve conflict is
the will to forgive. It is the easiest way to
resolve any conflict. So, if you think that
things becoming worse try to workout this
way.
Step 6

Sometimes some conflict doesnt end so at that
situation it is always advisable to leave that
conflict at that point and move on.
