Using In Person Conferencing
- 2. Attach the Power and Ethernet cables
- 3. Power up the unit
- 4. Blue button is power on
- 5. Network login will start automatically
- 6. Once logged in you will see yourself
- 7. Open contacts or speed dial to connect to another office
- 8. Click on the color coded button to affirm a screen menu command
- 9. Select the office you want to connect to by highlighting its contact
- 10. Press the OK button to confirm contact
- 11. The receiving unit will ring and alert you that a call is coming in.
- 12. Press OK to receive the call.
- 13. You are now video conferencing
- 14. Connecting to a webcam
- 15. Web cam user connects to the InPerson Invite website
- 17. User IDs: Denver- 1000006272 Craig- 1000000555 GJ- 1000006257
- 18. Webcam caller clicks on Green Connect Button
- 19. Receiving console rings and you select ok to connect to incoming call.
- 20. Connecting to a Projector or TV
- 21. Connect RCA video cables from InPerson to LCD projector
- 23. Projector will scan for analog video input and display the InPerson video
