Step 3: Make food an art:
Learn to play with herbs and spices, mixing flavors you normally would
not mix; like cinnamon in tomato soup or basil in an apple salad.
Mix colors and flavors.
Put good energy into your food. Your energy in the kitchen: playful, love,
fun, angry, or frustrated gets infused into the food. Be a happy, artistic cook.
It better feeds everyone's mind, body, and soul (including yours!).

Put good energy into your food. Your energy in the kitchen: playful, love, fun, angry, or frustrated gets infused into the food. Be a happy, artistic cook. It better feeds everyone's mind, body, and soul (including yours!). Think outside the box of Betty Crocker's cookbook. No offense to Betty, of course!
