Military Transition Team NCOIC June 2008 - July 2009 U.S. Army, Najaf, Iraq Served in a training and advisory position with an Iraqi Army Brigade providing insight and recommendations to the Iraqi Senior Enlisted Advisor on matters of training personnel and providing physical security for Iraqi Soldiers both on Iraqi Army installations and during combat patrols. Initiated a total soldier training program for the enlisted soldiers within the Brigade to include physical security training, combat patrol and cordon and search force protection standards, weapons qualification and Noncommissioned Officer leadership training programs.
