Letter of Introduction
            I am currently a student at the College of the North Atlantic. Upon my
graduation in June I will be seeking employment in the field of Office
Administration.
            During my tenure as a student I have received significant training in
many areas of office work. One of the areas where I have been very successful
is in the field of accounting and computerized accounting. I have received
excellent marks in these courses.
            I have also been trained in the area of document production. I have
excellent skills in computer software programs such as Excel, Micro Database
Applications, Power Point, MS Word 2010 and as well I have been trained in the
entire office suite software.
            I am a hard working individual, who is goal orientated and highly
motivated. A quote I really like says this ¡°Give your dreams all you've got and
you'll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you.¡± (William James) I believe
success is in my own hands and I will surely attain it. I have the highest
confidence that I will be a large asset to the company I will work for in the near
future.

        Currently have an honours GPA of 3.75
        Keyboarding ¨C 50 words per minute
        Ability to function efficiently in either MS Word 2010 or word
        Perfect, and as well MS Excel 2010, Simply Accounting and

         Book Keeper
         Responsible for managing books for the business. Handing bill
         payments, managing accounts, filing, computerized accounting, and
         other book keeping duties.

Winners Merchants
        Customer Service Manager
        Handling all issues regarding customers and employees.
        Office duties included, scheduling, filing, handling money and
        recording sales information, paperwork. I was also fully trained in using
        the computerized cash register system, and computerized system for
        the company for all office duties.

Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board
        Administrative Assistant
        Responsibilities: Filing, typing, answering phones, customer service,
        scheduling and accounting. Programs used: MS Word, MS Excel,
        Simply Accounting, and PowerPoint.
