JOB DUTIES:
Front line staff leaderfacilitatingconsistentadministrationof the UIProgram on a statewide basisin

analyze businessand/orsystemprocesses,planningandimplementationof improvementsthathave a
directimpacton the statewide program.Researchanddeviseresolutions of highlycomplexorunique
issueswhere the correctapplicationof law andpolicytothe situationisambiguousorunclearorwhere
no standardbusinessprocessexists. Design,plan,implementandevaluatetrainingforstaff onacross
functional basisto provide understandingof the law,policiesandproceduresnecessaryforthe
processingof UnemploymentInsurance.Review,developandrevise all businessprocesseswithinthe UI
Program. Developandmaintaindetailedworkingknowledge of all relevantstate andfederal lawsand
policiespertainingtothe administrationof unemploymentinsurance benefits.Perform additional
miscellaneoustaskssoaccountsandrequestsforpaymentprocessedtimelyandthatUI records
accuratelyreflectthe statusof the applicantand/oremployeraccount.
