Responsibilities:
鈥� Handling L3VPN services of platinum customers of Tata Communications Ltd.
鈥� Fault management for the WAN connectivity including troubleshooting of the routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and MPLS for L3VPN.
鈥� Troubleshooting Link Down, High Latency, Packet Drops and Flapping issues for L3VPN circuits.
鈥� Hands-on experience with Cisco routers (C-7000) and its series, Cisco switches (Cisco 3550, 3400, 3750) and Alcatel routers.
鈥� Coordinate with field engineer as well as customer in case of L1 and L2 issue.
鈥� Conducting root cause analysis on the network events/faults and furnishing RFO (Reason for Outage) to the customers.
