Now a teacher educator, I've been working with technology since 1981 when I acquired a Sinclair ZX-Spectrum to create spelling and maths tests for my kids. I also managed a pilot computerised journey planning system for the ambulance service (at a time when a 30Mbyte hard drive was the size of a large desk). In 1999 I developed Coleg Llandrillo鈥檚 first online learning website, and in 2002 I used an early VLE (Technikal) before setting up Moodle in 2003 (two years before the College adopted this platform). I worked as an e-Tutor for Bangor University between 2002 and 2006 using Colloquia.
