French Food There are many French foods that come from the different peoples that live in France and from the different eras of Frances past. Some famous foods from France are the  Éclair  and  Ratatouille They also have  Escargot  (snails)
French Holidays Bastille Day Celebrates the storming of the medieval fort The Bastille.  Takes place on the 14 th  of July. The prisoners were set free from the Bastille and walked the streets of Paris.
Crepe Recipe
French Food Translater farine- flour oeufs- eggs lait- milk sel- salt eau- water
Ingredience for crepes 1 cup all-purpose farine 2 oeufs  1/2 cup lait 1/2 cup eau 1/4 teaspoon sel 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Crepe Recipe Part One In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the farine and the oeufs. Gradually add in the lait and eau, stirring to combine. Add the sel and butter; beat until smooth.
Crepe Recipe Part 2 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Crepe Recipe Part 3 Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot. Add Nutella
