 Set a deadline and clear objectives and then
get out of the way

Give them freedom, or  get really
frustrated
 We can be protective and combative
 Freedom doesnt mean a lack of work, in
fact

Creative people like to make stuff

 Working on multiple projects
creates a healthy confusion
The brain works on projects over time
and different stimulants may trigger
different ideas
Provide constructive feedback
 We want to know how were doing
 If you cant provide feedback, connect them
with somebody who shares their skill set

Follow through all the way to the end
 Were not afraid of numbers, in fact we like

 Providing tangible response rates (or whatever

  • 12. Creative people like to make stuff #AligningExperts Working on multiple projects creates a healthy confusion The brain works on projects over time and different stimulants may trigger different ideas
  • 13. Provide constructive feedback We want to know how were doing If you cant provide feedback, connect them with somebody who shares their skill set #AligningExperts
