I am a self motivated Social care professional who possesses a strong awareness of the complex
issues affecting various service user groups. I have a working background that includes supporting
people in a number of settings and at varying degrees of responsibility from support worker through
to positions within management. I have excellent Health and Safety awareness and I am an effective
communicator with the ability to make people feel valued even when under pressure.
I possess the ability to prioritise and manage my own work load effectively and to work well both as
part of a team and individually at varying levels of responsibility including experience leading a team
which called upon my abilities to be organised, efficient, committed and reliable whilst maintaining
an excellent attendance record. I currently hold my NVQ¡¯S at levels 3 and 4 and a full UK driving
licence without any points or endorsements.

Responsible for overseeing a team of staff to ensure the effective management of 7 Supported
accommodations across East Lancashire. Meeting targets and complying with Health and Safety,
Supporting People Framework, Service User Involvement, Health and Social care codes of practice,
Staff recruitment and the recruitment and selection of volunteers. Delivery of staff training and
overseeing staff mandatory requirements are kept up to date.

issues, dealing with rent arrears, ensuring gas and electrical safety checks are completed to ensure
