The 5000 square meter site has retail shops, cafe, offices, restrooms, a yard, and parking for 1500 cars. The bazaar aims to empower Roma people economically and demonstrate Roma can successfully work with others through this self-managed project established by non-governmental organizations with European funding support.

It also describes the roles and responsibilities at each level of the network and how revenue is distributed. Payments flow from stands up through sectors, zones, and regions with percentages going to each level and the country. The network uses a time-based currency unit on subscriber cards for transactions.
